16" Square Steel Base 8 lbs, 1/8" Thick

Our 16” Square steel base is 16” x 16” x 1/8" Thick. This 0.125" thick steel base is powder coated in either Silver Texture, or Black Texture. Both are matte powder coats. The base includes qty (4) felt dots on the bottom to help protect flooring. These are great flat steel bases that can be purchase a la carte. These can be paired with a tubing assembly, or used on their own with whatever you're designing.

We offer 3 standard versions of our 16” Square 8 lbs steel base:

- 1/4-20 Male thread  (~5/8" exposed thread)

- Counter formed hole (accommodates 1/4-20 flat head screws, may accommodate other screws sizes (to be confirmed)

- Base bushing to accept Testrite Aluminum's 1-1/2" x .038" Aluminum tubing. Includes screw and 1/4-20 threaded hole in base bushing, does not include aluminum tube nor any work to put hole in side of tubing

These steel bases are offered standard in Black and Silver.

Bases with bushings typically ship in ~1 business day. Other base styles typically ship within 3-5 business days after order placement.

Note in some of our descriptions on this page and video we list 8 lbs, in others 9 lbs. The reason is the base's actual weight is between 8 and 9 lbs.
